The NaviRider mobile application and its services (collectively, the "Services") allow you to view and use a variety of content, including map and terrain data, imagery, place listings, traffic, reviews, and other related information provided by the NaviRider company, third-party providers and users.
By using the Services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, as updated from time to time (collectively, the "Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you don’t agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.
You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and third party agreements in your use of the Services.
You may not use the Services in any manner that could damage or overburden the Services or interfere with any other party's use of the Services.
You may not use the Services without a valid driving license and at least 15 years of age.
We provide the Services “as is”. We do not make any commitments about the content within the services. We will not be responsible for any loss or damages.The total liability of NaviRider and its suppliers for any claims under these terms, including for any implied warranties, is limited to the amount you paid us to use the Services.
Your privacy is important. We minimize the information we collect, we store it securely, and when we use third-party services, we ensure that they follow privacy best-practices. We collect very little personally identifiable information about you and store it securely. We share analytic data with service providers and partners, but this never includes personal information about your identity, like your name, email or phone number.
To work correctly, the Services use location information from your mobile phone. Some features also allows you to send information, including your location and who you are to others such as friends. We need your permission before we can use your information and enable these features. We use the information so we can do the following:
We use Mapbox technology for maps, directions and geocoding. Location and usage data is shared with Mapbox with an ephemeral ID. Mapbox use this data to improve and provide the maps and other services. We do not connect this data to personal information about you, such as your name, email address or phone number. You can learn more about Mapbox Privacy Policy here. We use Facebook for the sign-up and log-in. Your email address, public profile and list of friends is accessed. We will not pass your email address to any other party. Friends are used solely for the mobile application features.
